Pensees, as prolific as they are, just can't stop producing (and being inspired by) pure beauty. although continuously true to their chosen genre, nothing ever feels stale or repetitive. it is rare that you get to watch an artist evolve and explore this way. excellent addition to an already impressive body of work.

one of the best things about an artist being as prolific as Pensees is that you get to rediscover albums you already loved, but somehow lost in the endless shuffle. this might be a close 2nd to Sleepaway in both execution and content.
