This EP involved a lot of procrastination. Songs that seemed good one day, appeared to sound like they just weren't cutting it the day after. I actually produced a total of 8 songs for this EP, and then narrowed it down to 5, then to the final 3. I think that the title 'Shallow Water' fits the EP quite nicely, as it implies that the obvious is only the tip of the iceberg. This doesn't only apply for the creative process I went through for this EP, but also many other areas in life.
